The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below.
Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supercede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by SoxPlus. SoxPlus reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. Tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on the site are prohibited.
SoxPlus offers US Postal Service ground shipment, second day, overnight standard, overnight priority, or Saturday delivery inside the continental United States. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method and total weight of all the items in your order. The shipping charges are not refundable. Due to shipper restrictions we are unable to ship to Post Office boxes or APO, FPO, PSC addresses unless using US Postal Service.
- All shipments are subject to stock availability.
- Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours of credit approval. Please allow up to ten (10) business days from credit approval for delivery on ground shipping.
- SoxPlus reserves the right to ship via alternate carriers.
- All packages may require signature and it is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements to accept delivery.
- If any part of your order has shipped, there will be no refund of shipping charges.
SoxPlus shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California. Resellers in California may email a copy of their valid Reseller Certificate to billing@SoxPlus.com to show exemption. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales or other taxes on orders shipped to any other state.
At the time you make a purchase you agree to the listed price. We do not "price match" and we cannot make a price adjustment after an order has shipped.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club that are issued in the United States. For credit verification purposes, credit cards issued outside of the United States will not be accepted at this time. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with SoxPlus. Please be sure to provide the correct and exact billing address along with the correct billing telephone number. If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address, please notify your credit card company of the alternate shipping address so that we may verify its validity. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks and Personal Checks
SoxPlus accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to ten (10) banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. SoxPlus cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear. We will charge a $30.00 fee on all returned checks. Please email your order to billing@SoxPlus.com if you wish to pay using one of these methods.
SoxPlus does accept wire transfers. Please contact billing@SoxPlus.com to obtain the necessary wire transfer information. Your order will ship within 48 hours upon receipt of the wire transfer. To cover bank charges, there is a $15 fee for wire transfer payments.
Net Terms are available. For more information regarding qualifying for Net Terms, please contact the accounting department at billing@SoxPlus.com .
SoxPlus accepts PayPal payments. Orders are processed upon payment notification from PayPal. Please make sure your shipping address is confirmed through PayPal to avoid further delay.
The advertisement of any product on this site does not constitute an offer to sell. Your order or your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. SoxPlus reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
If you must cancel an order for any reason, please contact at cancel@SoxPlus.com with your name, order number, item name and description. A SoxPlus Customer Service Specialist will determine whether the order has already shipped. If your order has not been shipped, we can usually process the cancellation. If the cancellation is confirmed, SoxPlus will send you a confirmation email. This confirmation email is your proof of cancellation and will be necessary, in case of any questions, to waive shipping/handling and/or restocking fees.
If you receive the order, then you may refuse delivery to avoid the cost of return shipping. Again, unless you have a confirmation email stating the order cancellation prior to shipment, you will not be refunded the shipping and handling charges for that order. If you do not refuse delivery, you must obtain an RA(Return Authorization) number to return your item(s). You will be liable for the return shipping fees. The package must be unopened in new "as shipped" condition to be eligible for a credit.
In many cases, SoxPlus will not be able to cancel an order because it is has already shipped. In order to offer our customers fast delivery, most orders are released from our warehouse within 48 hours (many times the same day) of the placement of each order.

Any and all customer information obtained is collected for the purpose of processing your order and supporting our customer relationship. NO PERSONAL INFORMATION IS SOLD OR OTHERWISE DISTRIBUTED.

SoxPlus has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the product information and description. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic or technical error, SoxPlus shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. SoxPlus shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SoxPlus shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the total charged amount of the incorrect price item(s).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SoxPlus shall not be liable under any circumstances for any special, consequential, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with the agreement to sell product to buyer or the product, including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, loss of use, lost data or for any damages or sums paid by buyer to third parties, even if SoxPlus has been advised of possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether any claim is based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose, or otherwise.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
You agree that any legal action brought against SoxPlus LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the SoxPlus sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Los Angeles County, California.
Defective products can be returned for replacement or credit at SoxPlus's discretion within thirty (30) days from the ship date. All items for return must be in the original packing materials. SoxPlus reserves the right to impose a 15% handling fee for restocking or repackaging the product. If your order arrives damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, make sure carrier's delivery record is noted regarding the damage, in order for SoxPlus to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify SoxPlus within 24 hours to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. SoxPlus LLC will not be liable if you order the wrong product. We provide specific item numbers and specifications so that you can make an educated buying decision.
RA Number For all returns, you must obtain an RA number from SoxPlus or no refund or replacement will be issued. We will not issue credits or replacements for unauthorized returns. You may request RA number by contacting customer service . RA number and product return instructions will be emailed within 48 hours. The RA number is necessary to coordinate returns with our warehouse and accounting departments. Please use a label; DO NOT WRITE OR MARK THE BOX ITSELF. All returned products must be in 100% complete condition. Products must be returned with original packaging that has not been written on or defaced.
SHIPPING RETURNS Freight must be prepaid and insured to our returns warehouse. The customer is responsible for shipping returns to our warehouse and all the shipping costs. We ask that shipments to our returns warehouse be sent via US Postal Service with a delivery confirmation request so that you may receive a tracking number to be sure that the shipment does arrive to its destination.
STANDARD REPLACEMENT - SoxPlus will ship a replacement upon receipt of the defective product. Note: Standard Replacement may take (3) three -(5) five weeks turn around time.
EXPRESS REPLACEMENT (Cross Ship) - SoxPlus will ship a replacement and charge it to your credit card. Once the defective product is received back to our warehouse, we will issue a full credit within two (2) to four (4) weeks of receipt.
STANDARD REFUND - Items purchased by credit card will be credited back to the credit card used to make the purchase. Upon receipt and examination of the returned merchandise, the credit (less any restocking / repackaging fees) will be issued within (1) week. If the item(s) returned were purchased by check, money order, or wire transfer, a company check will be issued (less any restocking / repackaging fees). Checks issued for returns will be sent within (1) week of receiving the merchandise.
